So for most people planning a Walt Disney World trip 70 days out is not an overwhelming thought. For the compulsive planners, like me, I have already missed the first day of the 180 day window to make my Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) and we are going during the FREE DINING promotional offer from Walt Disney World so I needed to move quickly.
I decided that for this trip we would try a mix of old favorites and new restaurants. We have 2 children ages 7 and 10 who are adventurous, hearty eaters so we would need to take this into account. This is our first time with the 10-year-old eating off the adult menu and the 7-year-old still having to order from the children’s menu so this could be a problem. We shall see.
Our ADRs are for Via Napoli (Epcot- Italy); ’50’s Prime Time Cafe (Disney Hollywood Studios); Tusker House (Animal Kingdom); Cape May Cafe (Beach & Yacht Club); Marrakesh (Epcot – Morocco); Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom) and O’Hana (Polynesian Resort). This seemed like a good mix of family style/buffet and sit-down restaurants to please the whole family.
We are also planning on eating at several counter service restaurants including Fairfax Fare (Disney Hollywood Studios); Columbia Harbour House (Magic Kingdom); Electric Umbrella (Epcot); Sunshine Seasons (Epcot) and the Food & Wine Festival.
Look for many new pictures and reviews coming in the next few months!
